Ships I choose on this Wishing Well Gacha is just like what you see above. Formidable from Royal Navy and I-168 from Sakura Empire. Previously, I have thought to choose Littorio from Sardegna Empire. But, she is only Super Rare ships I don't have from Heavy Construction. So I decide to choose from Special Construction where I have more new Super Rare ships to collect.
So here is my plan. I decide to limit my budget on this wishing well up to 60x pulls. That will cost me 120 Cubes and 90,000 Coins. If you ask me why I should limit my spending on Wishing Well. First is because this ships is permanent. The second reason is spend it all on non major event is big NO. Even if it major event I would spend it wisely unless there are an UR ships with them.
This strategy will make you ready, in case of sudden drop of major event. Or even on worst case, they also drop UR ship in that event. If you spend it all then you might have lower chance to get it, due to lack of cubes.
Regarding of coins, its more easy to get coins this days compared to about a year ago. Due to some in game optimization. You can get easily farming coins on campaign mode without go to specific coins farming chapter. If I remember it correctly that is on chapter 7-3. Where you got more coins compared to other chapter. But, that irrelevant nowadays. Rule for now is higher chapter you clear higher coins bonus you get.

20/60 : Yay! I got I-168. My Sakura Empire Submarines collection now complete.
30/60 : Come on! I only need Formidable in this gacha, not all of these.
40/60 : Got Zeppy and double hornet. But I have fully limit break them. Skip!
50/60 : Got I-168 duplicate, this might be good. I hope get Formidable on last 10x pulls.
60/60 : How strange I have add more docks space last time and clearing up earlier. But, this got full already. I think that additional space is still not enough.
This not what I looking for.

My Thought After Do This Wishing Well Gacha
Just like my plan above. I need to stick to the plan after all. I won't recklessly spend it all only go getting Formidable no matter how cute she is. This is my anticipation for future unexpected major event. So I won't miss event limited ships. Like what happened on Kirov from Northern Parliament.
In the end this Wishing Well doesn't turn well like what I expected. But it still worth to try I guess. Because this I got I-168 that I don't have earlier. Maybe RNG doesn't in my side this time. Or maybe this because I already spend my luck on previous gacha. So it perfectly balanced, like all thing should be. I guess... hehe.
But no matter what happened on me is mine alone, not yours. I hope your Wishing Well Gacha turn well, as it's name supposed to be. 😊
