Are you stuck on building your artifact because lack of exp material? so it not just me. Leveling artifact is pain isn't it? you need bunch of mora and exp material. Either it another artifact or artifact exp material that you get from teapot shop.
But, don't worry. In update of version 2.8, there is Artifact Exp Material you can get for free. After do some milestone first of course. Here where you can claim it.
Embattle
In adventure guide book menu, there is 2 additional new menu after update. Guide is to list unfinished quest I think and Embattle where you can claim that artifact exp material.
