Currently, Blue Archive Global Version running a Valentine Event in game. This event has offer various game plays. Including scheduling meetup with some character you can choose. But only for character that you already get and some additional NPC.
Although not all of them can categorized as date. But from what I see it, at least that is quite similar. Some of them are just like plot on valentine event in slice of life anime.
How to Begin The Date Event?
Firstly, tap Meetup icon on valentine event. Then select which character you want to ask for dating.
After that you will asked to confirm your selection. This will cost you Valentine's Day Outing Pass that you can get by exchange point event on shop.
Then dating story event begin. You can skip it if you are just collecting rewards. But I prefer to read story for better knowing current selected character.
After story finished, you will get chocolate item that appear on story. You also get fix amount credit points and eleph for selected character.
List of Characters that I Choose
I chose some character but not all of them. Because that time I cannot afford more outing pass. Due to crash with commission double or maybe triple drop. With total 32 characters + 1 NPC has been chosen.

Because all of their character so unique. You also get unique shape of chocolate too. Some look proper, some look weird and strange for shape of chocolate. Due to how broad their own background.
